Registration of food supplements

The DOCLINX team provides services for state registration of dietary supplements (DS).

DS are natural or nature-identical biologically active substances, as well as probiotic microorganisms, intended for consumption with food or incorporation into food products.

In the production of DS, it is prohibited to use plants, their processed products, objects of animal origin, microorganisms, fungi, and biologically active substances that pose a danger to human life and health.

DS must comply with the hygienic safety requirements for food products established by the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On Food Safety" (TR CU 021/2011). The content of biologically active substances obtained from plants and/or their extracts in the daily dose of DS should be from 10 to 50 percent of their single therapeutic dose, determined when these substances are used as medicines.

To sell DS, it is necessary to obtain a Certificate of State Registration (CSR). This permissive document is issued by the authorized state body of the respective EAEU country only after successful completion of the registration procedure.
